From 6 to 8 December 2007, ArchiAfrika organized the event African Perspectives in cooperation with the University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands.
From 6 to 8 December 2007, ArchiAfrika organized the event African Perspectives in cooperation with the University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands.
One of the outcomes of the event was that African Perspectives will continue! In 2009 the next African Perspectives conference will be hosted by the University of Pretoria in South Africa. In 2011 the Ecole Superieure d’Architecture de Casablanca will follow.
From now on, every two years an African Perspectives conference will be organized. The project team will consist of the last, the present and the next hosting University, ArchiAfrika and Delft University of Technology.
We will of course keep you updated on developments concerning the next conference.
